Membership Policy

Membership in Raya Vellore District Chess Association (RVDCA) is intended to promote and support the development of chess in Vellore District.

Eligibility

• Any chess player residing in or representing Vellore District may apply.
• Applicants must provide valid personal information and supporting documents.
• Players below 18 years should register with parent or guardian details.

Membership Activation

• Membership becomes active only after successful payment.
• A unique RVDCA Membership ID will be generated automatically.
• A digital membership card will be available for download.

Membership Validity

Membership remains valid until 31 March of the applicable membership year unless otherwise notified by RVDCA.

Renewal

Members are responsible for renewing their membership before expiry to continue enjoying membership benefits.

Member Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate personal information.
• Follow RVDCA, TNSCA, AICF and FIDE regulations.
• Maintain discipline and sportsmanship during all events.
• Use the RVDCA Membership ID only for official purposes.

Termination

RVDCA reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership for providing false information, violating association rules, or engaging in misconduct.
