By registering as a member of Raya Vellore District Chess Association (RVDCA), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

• All information provided during registration must be true and accurate.
• Membership becomes active only after successful payment.
• Membership is non-transferable.
• Each member is responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
• RVDCA reserves the right to verify submitted documents.
• Providing false information may result in cancellation of membership.
• Members shall comply with the rules and regulations of RVDCA, TNSCA, AICF and FIDE.
• RVDCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for misconduct or violation of association rules.
• Tournament schedules, membership fees and policies may be revised without prior notice.
