Refund Policy

Raya Vellore District Chess Association (RVDCA) strives to provide a transparent and fair payment process for all members.

Membership Fee

Membership fees paid through the RVDCA website are generally non-refundable.

Eligible Refund Cases

• Duplicate payment made for the same membership.
• Payment deducted but membership not generated due to a verified technical issue.
• Incorrect payment caused by a system error.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after successful registration.
• Incorrect information entered by the applicant.
• Failure to participate in tournaments.
• Membership cancellation due to violation of RVDCA rules.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment along with the payment reference number. Approved refunds will be credited through the original payment method after verification.
