Welcome to Raya Vellore District Chess Association (RVDCA). By accessing and using this website (rvdca.co.in), including registering for tournaments and making payments, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below. If you do not agree, please do not continue with registration or payment.
1. Services Offered
RVDCA provides online registration, membership payment collection, and information related to district tournaments and events affiliated to TNSCA. All registrations are confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Accuracy of Information
Users must provide accurate details such as name, date of birth, age category, and contact information. Incorrect or misleading information may result in registration cancellation without refund.
3. Payment & Fee Structure
- All payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
- Entry fee and annual membership fee must be paid online during registration.
- Receipt/confirmation email will be sent once payment is verified.
4. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations follow the policies listed in our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
5. Event Rules
By registering, players agree to abide by RVDCA / TNSCA / AICF tournament rules including fair-play and disciplinary norms. Violations may result in penalties or removal from the event.
6. Website Usage Restrictions
- Users shall not misuse the system for fraudulent registrations or abuse.
- No commercial redistribution, copying, or resale of website content is permitted.
7. Limitation of Liability
RVDCA is not responsible for technical issues, payment gateway failures, or losses caused by event delays, cancellation, or participant absence.
8. Policy Modification
RVDCA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Vellore.
